The Workforce Management application enables a manager of a team of Field engineers to monitor and analyse actual engineer performance and the current workload of the team. The application contains 100% fictitious data.
Work orders / calls can be analyzed by a number of factors such as call type, geographical location, time and date. Having all of these attributes available, enables the manager to spot trends, chase open calls, monitor emergencies and have a better workforce utilization.
This dashboard is build using Tibco Spotfire. Its not an advanced visualization and analytic, I’m just using the basic features since I’m still learn it. There’s a lot of advanced features in Tibco Spotfire that can be use to create more advanced analysis.
